Teagan's Bio

My name is Teagan Soetisna , I am a grade 9 student at Lord Tweedsmuir Secondary School. My family includes my mom, dad, and 2 sisters. My everyday physical activity includes physical education 9 at school  and dance, I dance up to 3 hours a week at school. My personal competitive level isn’t very high but when it comes to physical education I can be very competitive. My favorite form of physical activity is dance, some physical activities that I would like to try is zumba, basketball, football, and yoga. Some goals I would like to achieve include being more active and eating better.  Some goals I’ve already accomplished are receiving dance awards and choreographing my own dance pieces.  A challenge I have taken on is coaching my school dance team at school and am currently preparing us for dance competition during the end of April.  In the next five years I hope to be attending  a post secondary school possibly working towards a career in teaching.
